Lesson 2: Ditch the ‘ALARM’ in Alarm Clocks
Alarm clocks need not be daily assaults on the ears. Rather than irritating beeps or loud music, set your station to classical. Need more convincing?
Maybe now that Doctor Who’s 11 - aka Matt Smith- wakes up to classical music too you’ll give it a try!
